INGREDIENTS
1 (18-1/2 ounce) package lemon supreme cake mix 1 (3.4 ounce) instant lemon pudding 4 eggs 2/3 cup oil 2/3 cup water 1/4 cup poppy seed Juice of 1 lemon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan.
In large bowl of mixer beat together all ingredients except lemon juice until very well blended, about 5 minutes.
Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50 to 60 minutes. When cake cools, make 50 to 60 holes on top of cake with toothpick. Pour lemon juice over cake.
ADDITIONAL VARIATIONS - Banana cake mix, banana cream pudding and 1/4 cup chocolate shot can be used. Coffee cake mix, 1/2 cup brown sugar, cinnamon and 2 tablespoons instant coffee can also be used; swirl through cake.
